Cooking instructions below:
For the Family Size (Metal containers): OVEN ONLY – Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Remove the plastic lid. VERY Important: if your meal contains any souffle cups of sauce, remove it/them before starting any heating!!
Cover your entree with foil and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until hot in the center (165 degrees).
Depending on your Entrée Choice and your personal temperature preference, you may need to leave your entrée in the oven a little longer than the initial cooking time recommendation. Some of the entrées are more dense than others. Just be sure that your entrée is heated completely through and is HOT!
For the Individual Entrées (Black plastic containers): MICROWAVE ONLY – If your meal contains a souffle cup of sauce, remove before heating. Pop one corner of the lid. Heat for 3-5 minutes, or until hot through, depending on the strength of your microwave.

FAQ’s
You asked…. We answered!
Basically, our Veggie Forward meals are meals that contain a half portion of meat and a half portion of our vegetarian equivalent of that same entree. With Veggie forward meals, you will get more vegetables and whole grains.
Our goal for offering the Veggie Forward entrees is to offer an entree that will please meat-eaters and anyone who is looking to get more vegetables and whole grains into their diets. Our vegetarian entrees are made to mirror our meaty entrees, but we adapt the ‘main’ protein to make it vegetarian by utilizing items like: tofu, Sweet Potatoes, Korean Radishes, Butternut Squash, Carrots, Eggplant, Zucchini, etc. Additionally, we make sure we incorporate items like brown rice, beans, dairy, quinoa, etc. to get additional proteins into the dish.
