 Chef Mario is offering an assortment of heaty Mains, Sides, and Desserts to accompany your Turkey Day festivities. This way, you can concentrate on celebrating and leave the hard work to us! As always, our goodies are made from scratch, using whole, fresh ingredients, so you can take pride in what you put on your holiday table! Our Thanksgiving Offerings include:

 

The Mains Collection

 Herb Roasted Turkey (GF/DF)

 Our turkey is extra delicious, tender, and juicy because we brine it in a heartily seasoned brine before slow roasting it! We make serving turkey extra easy because we slice the turkey for you and serve it up in an oven-ready pan for easy reheating. You will get sliced portions as well as pulled pieces. This contains white and dark meat ready to be heated and served for your Thanksgiving feast! Comes with pint of gravy (based on order size)

 

 Molasses Ginger Glazed Ham (GF/DF)

 Spiral-Cut Ham glazed with a house-made zippy Molasses Glaze loaded with ginger, juicy and tender – ready to be heated for your Holiday Table. We plate the yummy ham in an oven-ready containers for easy reheating.

One-Ingredient Cooking

Scratch-Made, House-Made, Fresh

We are terribly conscientious of the fact that we have many clients that eat our food almost daily. We also know that so many pre-made foods, boxed mixes, canned and jarred sauces, and bottled marinades and dressings are loaded with fillers, hidden sugars, artificial colors, and many other unnecessary ingredients. That is why we work hard to avoid them!

​Chef Mario's employs the One-Ingredient approach to cooking--he starts with fresh, whole ingredients to make everything from stocks, dressings, sauces, marinades, spice blends, and even all of his sweets.

We spend hours washing and peeling veggies every week to turn into veggie blends, soups, sides, sauces, and marinades.

We use fresh meats that we trim and butcher to specification for our weekly menu.

We even shred our own cheese to avoid the anti clumping agents present in pre-shredded cheese.
