FAQs

What kind of food do you offer?
We always offer a variety of foods that change each week to bring you fresh options!  Our chilled and ready to heat meals always include traditional, paleo, keto, kid friendly, and no added salt. We also always offer a variety of freshly prepared sides, salads, soups and frozen meals.

Traditional means we spare no expense to give you the full flavor experience. All flavor and no sacrifice, foodies welcome!

Our
Paleo meals are based on foods humans might have eaten during the Paleolithic Era, that are heavy on fruits and vegetables, meats, nuts, seeds and eggs. As a result, these meals will be dairy and gluten free.

Our
Keto meals fit into the ketogenic diet, which is a low-carb, high-fat eating pattern: As a result, these meals will be gluten free.

Simple & Kid Friendly meals are scaled back a bit with simple seasoning and simple flavors for those hard-to-please palates out there!

No Added Salt means we do not add salt to this dish whatsoever. There will be natural sodium in the ingredients and you can add salt to your preference.

Tips from the Chef

Freeze any entree

Meals are ready to be frozen and will last up to 6 months in the freezer. When its time to eat: Thaw in the fridge overnight, then heat up using our heating instructions.

Make soup with your leftovers!

1 cup of leftovers
1.5 - 2 cups stock or broth
(Any flavor stock, broth, or soup base.
My favorite is Better than Bouillon)

Place all ingredients in a small pot.
Stir to
mix, heat until hot.
BAM
! Soup.

Mix it up

Stir everything together in that rice dish you got this week. These dishes are good whether or not you mix it all up :)

It has the juice

Swirl the container to get any juices at the bottom mixed in with your dish. Boom! Bonus flavor.

Add hot sauce

Add hot sauce to amp up the flavor. When in doubt, I use Frank's Red Hot.
